The Fosterton Schoolhouse was built in 1914, operated as an infants and primary school until its closure in 1964.
It was used as a residence for some years, and now has been recently renovated for use as self-catering accommodation best suited for two adults.
The schoolhouse is set within a private 2-acre property on the picturesque Fosterton loop, just 7km from the township of Dungog.
